This is the single strand lodestone necklace above. If you only want one piece, this is probably the most versatile. You can wear it around your neck (all the time) or use it to temporarily wrap it around the body part that hurts (the hand, for example).
For extra strength, please consider a double strand necklace.

This double strand anklet has a strong clasp and is made to order.
Example, this 11 inch anklet is double strung and has 22 linear inches of Lodestone.
NOTE that you could order a single string, but the clasp is much stronger on a double string and the double is recommended for bracelets and anklets.
The double strand bracelet (like the anklet) is sized to fit the wrist.
This piece can be used to wrap around the neck and hang down the back of the neck. I'd suggest taping it in place so it doesn't shift. It can also be used to wrap around a thigh or upper arm.
All of the therapy-grade lodestone (in every piece) is so strong it will easily penetrate clothing - it does not need to be next to the skin.
